Welcome to Aurora Sound Studios, located in the heart of the Los Angeles Arts District. By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to audio recording, mixing, mastering, post-production, and podcast production, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Aurora Sound Studios offers a range of professional audio production services, including:
All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Aurora Sound Studios. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aurora Sound Studios retains all rights to the original recordings and masters created during the provision of services. Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the final product for the agreed-upon purpose. Any commercial use beyond the scope of the license requires explicit written consent from Aurora Sound Studios.
You are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including audio tracks, scripts, and other content, in a timely manner. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use the materials provided. Aurora Sound Studios is not responsible for any copyright infringements or other legal issues arising from your content.
Aurora Sound Studios respects your privacy and will keep all client information confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Aurora Sound Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold Aurora Sound Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property rights.
Aurora Sound Studios reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your agreement with us by providing written notice.
Aurora Sound Studios may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Aurora Sound Studios shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. The failure of Aurora Sound Studios to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurora Sound Studios relating to the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Aurora Sound Studios shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, or governmental regulations.
Our services may integrate with or provide links to third-party services or websites. Aurora Sound Studios is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services or websites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
While we take utmost care, Aurora Sound Studios is not responsible for loss or damage to client's personal equipment, instruments, or recordings brought onto studio premises. Clients are encouraged to carry their own insurance for valuable items. Clients are liable for any damage caused to studio equipment due to misuse, negligence, or intentional actions.
